Use Skode CRM inside ChatGPT

The Skode app for ChatGPT is published in the ChatGPT Apps directory under the Productivity category. Once connected, ChatGPT can pull CRM data, suggest next actions, and, with your confirmation, write back to Skode.

Prerequisites

• A Skode CRM workspace on Professional plan or above.
• A ChatGPT Free, Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise, or Edu account — apps are available on all tiers.
• Workspace admin permission to add connectors in Skode.

Install the Skode app

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & connectors (or click the + icon in the composer and choose Browse apps).
2. Search for Skode and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Skode on the redirect page, pick the workspace you want to expose to ChatGPT, review the 20-module module list, and approve.
4. Return to ChatGPT. The Skode app is now listed in your composer menu.

Use it

You can either @-mention the Skode app in any chat (e.g. “@Skode show my open deals”) or enable it as a default tool for a specific custom GPT.

Try these prompts

1. “@Skode give me a one-screen briefing for my 9am sales standup: top 5 deals by value, anything that slipped stages yesterday, and the three tasks due today.”
2. “@Skode every contact in my CRM whose last interaction was ‘demo booked’ and who hasn't had an activity in 14 days — list them, show the deal value, and draft a short re-engagement message per contact.”
3. “@Skode summarise this month's e-commerce revenue by channel, flag SKUs with return rates over 8%, and propose three experiments I could run next month.”

Safety and permissions

All write actions (create task, update deal stage, void invoice) require your confirmation in ChatGPT and pass a second confirmation enforced on the Skode server. ChatGPT never sees data from modules you did not explicitly authorise. Physical- goods transactions via the commerce tool (if you enable it) follow OpenAI's physical-goods-only policy — digital-only SKUs are blocked at the manifest level.

Privacy and data handling

OpenAI processes prompts sent through ChatGPT Apps under the API-terms zero-data-retention regime — your Skode data is not used to train OpenAI models and is not retained after the response. Disconnect or reconnect

Remove the Skode app from ChatGPT → Settings → Apps & connectors, or revoke access from Skode → Settings → API & Webhooks → Connected apps. Either side is sufficient — tokens are cross-revoked.
