Is Skode CRM really free?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 users and 2,000 contacts — no card required, free forever. You get leads, deals, tasks, the activity timeline and global search. Upgrade to a paid plan for governed AI, deeper analytics, Facebook Lead Ads, invoicing, automation and more contacts whenever you are ready.

How does per-user pricing work?

Paid plans are simple per-user: you pay one flat rate for each person on your team — Starter ₹999, Pro ₹1,499, Advanced ₹2,499 per user/month ($19 / $29 / $49 globally) — and you save 25% (like 3 months free) when you pay annually. The rate rises with the plan because each tier unlocks more. There is no seat minimum — pay for as few as one user — and seats are reassignable licenses an admin can assign or reassign to anyone at any time. The Free plan covers up to 3 users at no cost.

What counts toward my contact limit?

Only contacts — the people and companies you store. Tasks, deals, invoices, notes and activity are unlimited and never counted, so you are never penalised for actually using the CRM. When you approach your contact limit we warn you and prompt an upgrade; we never make your existing data read-only.

How is AI billed, and which plans include it?

AI unlocks by capability depth: Starter adds Ask-Skode Q&A and record summaries; Pro adds message rewrite plus a governed, fully audited AI workspace; Advanced adds custom models. Each plan includes a credit pool, and heavier AI use is billed per action from a prepaid wallet (1 credit = ₹0.40 / $0.005) with your own spend caps. There are no monthly AI credits to run out — the Free plan does not include AI.

Do I get a discount if I use other Skode products?

Yes. Skode Form, Flow, CRM and Automate connect natively as one suite, and the bundle is around 40% off buying them separately — in practice the CRM is effectively free inside the suite. If you already use Form or Flow, talk to us for your bundle rate.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately, downgrades apply at your next billing cycle. Annual billing saves you 25% (like getting 3 months free), and your data is always yours to export.

What does Advanced include beyond Pro?

Advanced adds the largest AI credit pool with custom models, the full REST API plus webhooks and Zapier, white-label branding and a dedicated account manager. Like Pro, it includes unlimited contacts.

There are no monthly AI credits to run out; AI unlocks by plan.

Bulk import is generous but batched: each upload has a per-file limit (shown every time you import) so large imports stay fast and predictable. You can run as many uploads as you like, up to your plan’s contact capacity. Imported leads are not auto-charged for AI — you choose when to enrich or summarise them, billed from your wallet.
