ChatGPT Connector
Install the Skode CRM plugin from the ChatGPT plugin store, authenticate with your Skode API key, and start querying. ChatGPT excels at conversational follow-ups — ask a broad question, then refine with follow-up prompts. Ideal for sales reps who want quick answers during calls.
Claude Connector (MCP)
Skode CRM supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), giving Claude direct, structured access to your CRM data. MCP is an open standard that allows AI assistants to securely read external data sources. The result is precise, schema-aware queries. Claude is especially strong for analytical tasks like pipeline forecasting and trend analysis.
Gemini Connector
For teams already using Google Workspace, the Gemini connector brings CRM data into the same environment as your Docs, Sheets, and Gmail. Ask Gemini about your pipeline while drafting a proposal, or pull invoice data into a Sheet without leaving the Google ecosystem.
Security and Permissions
Every AI connector query respects your existing Skode CRM role-based permissions. A sales rep can only query their own assigned leads and deals. A manager can query team-wide data. No data is stored by the AI provider — queries are processed in real time and responses are generated on the fly. API keys can be revoked instantly from your Skode CRM settings panel.
All communication between Skode CRM and the AI providers uses TLS 1.3 encryption. Your data never leaves the secure API pipeline, and no CRM data is used to train any AI model.
Getting Started
AI connectors are available on all paid Skode CRM plans. Setup takes under five minutes for each platform:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > AI Connectors in your Skode CRM dashboard.
- Select the AI platform you want to connect (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini).
- Generate an API key or download the MCP configuration file.
