A profile is one person, on one page. Everything your team knows about them — details, conversations, deals, tasks, history — lives there, so nobody has to ask "who is this again?"

Open Profiles in the left menu. Every row in the list is one person. Click any row to open their page.

Where profiles come from
Profiles are created by hand, imported from a spreadsheet, or arrive on their own — from your forms, your website chat, and conversations in Skode Flow.
