Tags and smart tagging
Label profiles by hand, or let rules do it for you.

These steps were written from the product itself but haven’t been walked through in the live app yet — so a button name may differ. We mark a guide verified only after a person has done every step on the date shown.
Tags answer “which of my people are…?” — and smart tagging keeps the answer up to date on its own.
Tag one profile
On a profile page, click the tag area in the header, type the tag, press Enter. Existing tags autocomplete so spellings stay consistent.
See everyone with a tag
In the Profiles list, filter by tag. Combine tags to narrow further.
Let rules do it — smart tagging
In Settings → Data quality → Smart tagging, create a rule: when a profile matches a condition, the tag is applied automatically.
