Assign profiles to your team
Who owns a profile — pools, territories and skills.

These steps were written from the product itself but haven’t been walked through in the live app yet — so a button name may differ. We mark a guide verified only after a person has done every step on the date shown.
Unowned profiles are how people fall through the cracks. Give every profile an owner — by hand for one, by rules for all.
Assign one by hand
On the profile page, use the owner control in the header and pick a teammate.
Open the assignment rules
Go to Settings → Lead assignment rules. This is where new profiles get routed automatically.

Pools share new profiles round-robin across a group. Territories route by region. Skills route by expertise. Start with one pool of everyone — refine later.
Watch it work
New profiles now arrive with an owner already set. Check the profile header to see who got each one.
