Your plan includes a set of reassignable seats; add more anytime and assign them to anyone. WhatsApp & SMS messages and AI actions are billed per use from a prepaid wallet (you set your own spend caps) — Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, web chat and email are free to send. AI unlocks by plan; there are no monthly AI credits to run out.
