Skode CRM supports unlimited pipelines on paid plans. The free plan includes 1 pipeline. Each pipeline can have its own stages, win probability defaults, automation rules, and team permissions. Common setups include separate pipelines for new business, renewals, upsells, and partnerships.

How does AI-powered forecasting work?

Skode analyzes your historical deal data — close rates by stage, average deal velocity, seasonal patterns, and rep performance — to generate weighted revenue forecasts. The AI adjusts predictions in real time as deals progress, stall, or show changes in engagement.

What are deal rotting alerts?

Deal rotting alerts notify you when a deal has been stuck in the same stage for longer than your configured threshold. For example, if a deal sits in the Proposal stage for more than 14 days without activity, you get an alert. Thresholds are customizable per stage and per pipeline.

Can I automate stage progression?

Yes. Set up automation rules that move deals between stages based on triggers — for example, automatically move a deal to Proposal Sent when a proposal document is uploaded, or move to Negotiation when a pricing email is opened. Combine with custom field updates, task creation, and notifications.

Does Skode support weighted pipeline values?

Yes. Each pipeline stage has a default win probability (configurable). Your pipeline value report shows both total value and weighted value based on stage probabilities. You can override probabilities on individual deals for more accurate forecasting.

Can I create estimates from deals and convert them to invoices?

Yes. Skode CRM supports the full quote-to-cash flow: create an estimate from a deal, send it to the client, get acceptance, and convert it to an invoice with one click. All data — line items, contact info, amounts, and tax — carries over automatically at every step.
