# Reading a profile page

> A Skode CRM profile page shows the person’s details and custom fields on one side, with tabs for their timeline, conversations, deals, tasks and notes. Actions such as edit, tag, assign and message live at the top of the page.

Open any profile and everything about that person is one glance away. Here’s the map.

## Step 1: The header — who and what state

Name, how to reach them, their tags, and who owns the profile. The action buttons (edit, message, more) live here too.

## Step 2: The details panel

Their standard fields plus every **custom field** your org has added. Click a value to edit it in place.

## Step 3: The timeline

Everything that happened, newest first — messages, notes, status changes, tasks. This is the answer to “what’s the story with this person?”

## Step 4: Conversations, deals and tasks

Tabs for each. A conversation opened from here shows the same thread your team sees in Skode Flow.
