# Search, filter, and save views

> To find profiles in Skode CRM: use the search box on the Profiles list for names, phones and emails; use filters for tags, owners, statuses and field values; and save a filter combination as a view to reuse it daily.

The list is only useful if you can carve it down to the people you mean. Three tools do it.

## Step 1: Search

The search box on the **Profiles** list matches names, phone numbers and emails as you type.
Open it directly: https://crm.skode.ai/leads

## Step 2: Filter

Filter by tag, owner, status or a field value. Filters stack — each one narrows the list further.

## Step 3: Save the view

Built a filter combination you’ll use again? Save it as a view and it’s one click from then on.
